Young Family Camp-out
October 13, 2017 - October 15, 2017

We’ll have a portapotti and wood for a bonfire. There is a creek on the property but no other running water. Church will at 11:00 on Saturday. We hope you’ll join us for all or part of the time.

There was some confusion with Google maps so I am going to give you some good old fashioned directions.
Make sure when you turn off them Palouse highway you take S Dunn. Head south, there will be a 90 deg corner and then their property is on the right.
There is a dirt parking area up top that can be used and may be best for those just coming for the day. Park here and either walk straight down the hill through the field or continue down the county road to were there is a gate to the right. This will take you down to the meadow where we are camping. It has “Spokane County Property – No Trespassing” sign on it but is alright for us to use. It has a lock on it that will not be latched. Travis would like us to shut it after we go through so just replace the chain to where it was before without latching the lock. Both of these are marked with an orange traffic marker
There is a gate at the other end of the property that Google Maps directed some of us to. It is locked and if you end up here, you are at the wrong place. Contact Caleb or Travis and we will direct you on where to go. We will also try to have a sign or identifying feature on the gate as well.
Children’s church is at 11:00 and everyone is responsible for their own lunch. Zip line after lunch. Also lots of area to ride bikes if you wish to bring them. Good hiking nearby at Stevens Creek with rock climbing there as well. Group rock climbing will likely happen tomorrow morning. At dinner time we will have fresh apple cider, doughnuts, and smores to supplement whatever you bring.
Contact Pastor Caleb if you have trouble finding the place. 509-995-7232
