SNWM Jam 4 Cans
Date: Saturday, March 27Venue: Summit Northwest Ministries
Event Description Skiing/Snowboarding are selfish sports. That's why we do them. There's nothing like sticking your first 720 or ripping a new line, and we spend the time in between thinking about when we're going to get our next fix. It's all about us. Summit Northwest Ministries is all about making a difference in our community, and we've decided it's time for local riders to be able to do the same. This year we're throwing the first ever SNWM Jam 4 Cans as a way for local rippers to get their fix while giving back to the community at the same time. When: Saturday, March 27 @ 6:30 Where: Summit Northwest Ministries @ Highway 53 and State Line Why: Cause we love to ride and our community needs our help. Benefiting Charities - 2nd Harvest of Spokane Food Bank - Post Falls Food Bank - Elderhelp of North Idah - Project: Safe Place What Else? In addition to the rail jam, there will also be a concert by indie band, Paper Astronomer. For those who get a bit hungry during the event, there will be a huge bonfire with hot dogs and marshmallows for roasting. Spray-on tattoos, a sledding ramp for kids, contests, games and prizes mean there's plenty to do for riders and spectators alike. Important Note! Registration for the Rail Jam begins at 6:30 and there will be a riders meeting at 7:00. Number of registered riders may have to be cut off if too many attend but we'll do our best to fit everyone in. Riders under the age of 18 must have a release form signed by their parents.
