Online Giving
Thank you for using the Online Giving Feature of our website. We are constantly amazed at the generosity of our donors. You have blessed us and allowed us to bless others as a result of your giving. Please be assured that we value your contributions and respect the sacrifice it takes to turn in tithes and offerings. There are many different charities and organizations clamoring for all of our financial gifts. You could be giving to any of them; we know that. We pledge to use your contribution carefully and with integrity. Thank you for your trust in us.
Through the generosity of the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventist NO credit card fees or electronic transfer fees are charged to the local church. 100% of your donation will go toward the ministry or project that you have indicated.
Instructions
It is our hope that these step-by-step directions will make your online giving experience simple, easy and satisfying.
- To log into your account, click the "Continue to Online Giving" link and enter your email address and password. If this is your first time, you may need to click the "First-time users click here to register" link.
- Once you have successfully logged in, the page will look like a tithe and offering envelope. It shows some of the main offerings that people donate to.
If the offerings that you are wanting to contribute to are listed there, then just mark down the amount, click update total, and then “Done: Choose Payment Method”. - If you want to give to another category that is not listed on this first page click on “Click here to add another offering.”
Click in the square in front of the offering/s to which you would like to contribute.
If you don’t see the offering or project listed that you would like to contribute to, Click on the square in front of “Special Projects” and make your donation there. Then email us at info@summitnorthwest.org and explain how you intended your offering to be applied.
Click on “Add selected offering/s to envelope”. - You will notice that the Online Offering Envelope has been expanded to include the offering/s you selected. Enter the amounts you wish to contribute to each offering.
Click on "Update Total".
Click on "Done: Choose Payment Method". - They have added a new feature for giving directly through your checking account and there is a note that appears on the left side.
Click on “Done: Choose Payment Method” again. - Enter the information for your credit card or checking account.
Click on "Next". - You will be asked to confirm that you really do intend for the amounts specified to go to the offerings and church indicated. It will also give a summary of your credit card information and address. If anything is not correct click on “Change Payment Information” and you will be given the opportunity to update all your information.
If everything is OK, then click on “Confirm.” - You will be notified that the total amount will soon be credited to our church.
- If you’d like to print a confirmation of your donation to keep for your records click on “Print Confirmation as PDF”.
You will then be asked to open the confirmation with Acrobat or whatever your default software is for opening PDF files.
When the PDF file is opened, click on the print icon in the upper left corner to print your confirmation report. Save it for your records. You will receive an official receipt at the end of the year from the treasurer for your donation. You cannot use this recently printed PDF for that purpose. The PDF is just for your own records.
Close the PDF file as you would normally close a file. - Click on Logout.
- Click on "Return to home page."
