Summit Northwest Ministries has classes for all ages!

0-2 Years

Visit our beginners’ class for a hands-on learning experience. With stations for activities—from arts and crafts to science experiments—little ones from ages zero to four spend part of each Saturday morning in structured learning with stories and songs and the remainder of their class in supervised, creative play that allows them to learn more about God’s amazing creation.

3-4 Years

Welcome to the jungle! Students in our Saturday morning class for ages 3-4 are learning biblical principles that will be valuable for life—because it’s a jungle out there. Using curriculum that focuses on scripture and character development, these young learners are off to a great start in life.

K-Grade 3

Are you ready for action? You’ll find it in our Saturday morning class for kids who are just starting school. These young learners are starting to put grace into action. Weekly lessons incorporate scripture with daily life situations—making Christianity real in these kids’ lives.

Grades 4-6

This is where it all begins and we’re getting ready for the journey! Students in this group participate in social events and community outreach, but more importantly, they spend time weekly studying the Bible to discover how scriptural truth applies to the 21st century. From current events to social justice to personal issues like friends, fashion and family, the 4th, 5th and 6th graders are preparing to enter the real world in God’s service.

Grades 7+

Dealing with the stress of school, sports, a social life, and spirituality is what being a teenager is all about. Our youth group is targeted at this busy age group and emphasizes the importance of having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Now is the time for learning about some of the options we all have to face in life. By understanding different world views and multiple perspectives, we can prepare ourselves to make smart decisions based on God’s unique plan for our lives.
